Billy Seabrook

Head of Creative

Billy has 17+ years of experience creating integrated marketing campaigns and digital experiences for leading brands including American Express, Cadillac, Delta Air Lines, Kraft Foods, HP and Starburst.

At True Action, he leads a diverse creative team to create insightful and disruptive brand experiences that engage consumers, drive commerce and deliver measurable results for clients.

Before joining True Action in early 2012, Billy spent eight years at Digitas, where he held the role of SVP, Executive Creative Director for the Atlanta and Stamford offices as well as the mobile practice creative lead for North America. He has also held numerous creative positions at NW Ayer & Partners, Tribal DDB and Draft-FCB.

A true digital native with a degree in Fine Arts from Skidmore College, Billy continuously discovers unique intersections between art, technology and commerce and has won numerous awards for his distinctive work.

Jeffrey Wilks

Head of Client Services

Jeffrey brings 25+ years of integrated marketing and client services leadership in technology, media, consumer packaged goods and financial services to True Action.

His many industry accomplishments include oversight and leadership of Marketing, Research, Communications &; Events, Product Design & Innovation and Digital Development teams at Gannett where he was SVP Brand Development, USA Today. Jeffrey also spent six years as a global leader at WPP; the last two as global Chief Operating Officer and President of Business Solutions for Enfatico, the WPP company created to service the integrated, global marketing requirements of Dell Computers.

Jeffrey is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and completed postgraduate executive education programs at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business. He has led teams in the creation of campaigns that have generated numerous Effies. In 1994 he was named by Crain's New York Business as one of the "Forty under Forty," which is awarded annually to 40 top executives under the age of 40 across all industries in New York City. He has held board member positions with the Single Parent Resource Center, a New York based charity, the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the Online Publishers Association (OPA), and the New Canaan Field Club.

John Sheldon

Head of Strategy

John is an expert in marketing strategy coupled with the art and science of integrating analytics, brand equity, and the processes required to develop and execute great relationship marketing programs.

At True Action, he leads the Strategy and Planning Team in North America and provides strategic direction to clients so as to ensure that True Action drives measureable and incremental value.

Before joining True Action, John was the director of brand dialogue at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, where he led the development of the CRM, digital, and social media capabilities. Throughout his career, he has guided numerous Fortune 500 brands in their quest to master 360-degree marketing strategies in the online, financial services, high-tech, and retail verticals.

John has also held the following key roles: Executive Director of Marketing Strategy and Technology at Ogilvy NY; founder of Customer Portfolios; and Marketing Consultant for Oracle Corporation and Price Waterhouse LLC. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jorie Waterman

Head of Performance Channel Delivery

Jorie joined True Action with a mission to bring her world-class expertise to the leadership of the Performance Channels group: Search (organic and paid), Comparison Shopping Engines, Affiliate Marketing, Email, and Display.

In this role Jorie works to ensure that the maximum quality, consistency and ROI are delivered every day to True Action clients in each individual practice as well as across the integrated suite of channels that she leads.

Jorie’s expertise in the search channel is well known throughout the industry. Her approach to search is focused on a deep understanding of how people seek to find information (deep keyword research), which is then strategically applied to both paid and organic search programs. She has worked extensively at the most strategic levels with leading global brands such as J.P. Morgan Chase, ExxonMobil, and the U.S. Army. She brings her experience from MRM, Microsoft, iCrossing, and a variety of Internet start-ups to the True Action practice.

Aaron Turner

Head of Delivery Operations

Aaron brings over 15 years of leadership experience in project delivery, program management, operations, and technology.

At True Action, he leads our 360 operations practice and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, technology, and technology platforms of the agency. Prior to joining True Action, Aaron held key strategic and technology roles at Envirometrics Software, Essential Technologies, ReturnCentral.com, and Manhattan Associates.

Most recently, Aaron was†Vice President of†Technical Services†at GSI Commerce, where he was responsible for portfolio planning,†delivery of technology projects,†and operational compliance. Aaron has spoken at numerous Software Quality Assurance conferences. He†has received multiple awards in the supply chain, technology, and program management areas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Science from the University of Delaware.

Regina Gray

Head of Analytics

Regina brings 13 years of cross-channel marketing services experience in a number of leading management and consulting roles. She has been involved in the creation, development and implementation of new products and services for both digital and offline marketing programs for numerous leading brands, including: American Express, William Sonoma, Wells Fargo, 1-800 Flowers, Hilton Hotels, Brookstone, Estee Lauder, Nestleí and Lord & Taylor.

Regina comes to True Action from Experian where she held a number of roles including VP of Analytics and VP of Strategic Services. Regina has led her teams in developing data-driven insights and translating them into sustainable strategic value for a myriad of industry categories including: retail, catalog, publishing, financial, travel, fundraising, insurance, consumer packaging goods, telecommunications, cable and health care industries.

Regina hails from the great Garden State and graduated with honors from both, Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelorís Degree in Mathematics, and Montclair State University, where she earned her Masterís Degree in Statistics.

Josh Kaplan

Head of Business Development

Josh brings more than 13 years of experience managing business development, strategic account management and ROI-oriented digital marketing for high-growth clients and professional services firms.

At True Action, Josh leverages his knack for cultivating strong client and partner relationships along with his proven record of developing strategic growth solutions rooted in practical multi-channel marketing and customer engagement to drive the Agency's business development efforts. For four years prior to assuming this role, Josh held a leadership position on True Action's Strategic Account Management team, managing client relationships and solution delivery for a number of the Agency's major accounts.

Before joining True Action, Josh held account management, strategic product and solution development, and business development leadership positions at a number of marketing agency, technology and management consulting firms, most recently at Refinery (now G2). Josh holds a Bachelor's degree from Union College and a Masters in Business Management from Boston University.
