TAN is the provider of e-commerce and strategic marketing services for more than 80 of the world’s premier brands and retailers. We are both consultant and partner to our clients, bringing the benefits of a full-service digital and e-commerce agency. Reuben Hendell

CEO, Global Agency Services

Reuben brings more than 20 years of experience counseling some of the world’s top brands in their quest to create customer engagement and loyalty while maximizing their return on marketing investment. Reuben oversees the growth strategy, day-to-day operations, and a team of more than 350 marketing professionals at True Action Network and Silverlign. 
Prior to GSI, Reuben was CEO at MRM Worldwide, one of the world’s top five digital marketing agencies, where he served as CEO since 2004. During that time, Reuben grew MRM to a global network with over 2,000 employees, leading the agency’s transformation by successfully integrating multiple specialist agencies into a single global digital and direct marketing powerhouse with 62 offices in 40 countries. Before joining MRM, Reuben was an executive vice president at Digitas for 10 years, where he was a key contributor to the company’s growth. At Digitas, Reuben created and led the strategic planning group and helped Digitas expand beyond Boston by opening offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York, and was also part of the executive team that took the company public. 

Marc Fleishhacker

Managing Director, North America

Marc joined True Action Network in late 2010 following a highly successful international marketing career of 25+ years, in which he launched three companies and played leading strategic marketing and management roles for a myriad of global brands. At True Action Network, Marc leads the North American business with offices located in New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. 
Most recently, Marc was general manager of MRM’s New York office, where he led the design and implementation of a new marketing service organization. Prior to MRM, Marc was managing director of Ogilvy & Mather’s North American Consulting practice that included the disciplines of marketing strategy, analytics, e-mail marketing, and CRM. 
Marc has held key leadership roles, including senior vice president of marketing at Digitas; managing director of Blast Radius – EMEA; vice president of marketing for Alta Vista’s international division; chief marketing officer of UniCredito Italiano; and founder and managing director of OgilvyOne in Milan Italy. 


Billy Seabrook

Chief Creative Officer, North America

Billy has over 15 years of experience leading the creative strategy and execution of numerous, cross-channel marketing campaigns and brand experiences for leading retail, CPG, automotive, financial services, technology and travel brands. Notable projects include The Members Project for American Express, The Ideas In Flight TED partnership for Delta Air Lines, The Kraft DijiTouch interactive vending machine and the Starburst “Share Something Juicy!” social marketing campaign. He has also led large website redesigns for American Express, Cadillac, Delta Air Lines, Kraft foods and Post foods.

Billy's career in advertising began at NW Ayer & Partners where he held positions including studio designer and ultimately Art Director. The exciting possibilities of digital marketing led Billy to Tribal DDB in 1999 and then to FCBi where he led the Compaq/HP creative work as the Associate Creative Director. In 2004, Billy joined Digitas New York and ultimately held the role of SVP, Executive Creative Director for the Digitas Atlanta and Stamford offices as well as the mobile practice creative lead for North America.

Billy has served on creative and technical panels at industry conferences and has won numerous awards for his distinctive work.

John Sheldon

SVP, Strategy & Planning

John is an expert in marketing strategy coupled with the art and science of integrating analytics, brand equity, and the processes required to develop and execute great relationship marketing programs. At True Action Network, he leads the Strategy and Planning Team in North America and provides strategic direction to clients so as to ensure that TAN drives measureable and incremental value.

Before joining True Action Network, John was the director of brand dialogue at Bartle Bogle Hegart, where he led the development of the CRM, digital, and social media capabilities. Throughout his career, he has guided numerous Fortune 500 brands in their quest to master 360-degree marketing strategies in the online, financial services, high-tech, and retail verticals.

John has also held the following key roles: executive director of marketing strategy and technology at Ogilvy NY; founder of Customer Portfolios; and marketing consultant for Oracle Corporation and Price Waterhouse LLC. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has been world-ranked in Roshambo (Rock-Scissors-Paper).

Jeffrey Wilks

SVP, Marketing

Jeffrey joined True Action from Gannett where he was SVP Brand Development USA TODAY.  In this role Jeffrey led all Marketing, Research, Communications, Product Design and Digital Development teams.

Jeffrey’s noted industry accomplishments include six years as a global leader at WPP; the last two as global Chief Operating Officer/President, Business Solutions for Enfatico, the company created to service Dell Computer’s global marketing requirements.  Prior to Enfatico Jeffrey held several positions in the Ogilvy Group, culminating in President IBM Brand Services Worldwide.  Before IBM at Ogilvy, Jeffrey led the global channel planning practice, NA business development, along with management of several key accounts.

Prior to Ogilvy, Jeffrey was Chief Operating Officer and founding partner in Bouchez Kent + Company, responsible for the agency’s account and strategic functions, operations, technology and finance. Prior to BK & Co. he was EVP at BBDO and at Ammirati & Puris.

Jeffrey is a graduate of St. Lawrence University. In 1994 he was named by Crain’s one of the “Forty under Forty,” awarded annually to 40 top executives under the age of 40 across industries in New York. He has held board member positions with the Single Parent Resource Center, a New York based charity, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Online Publishers Association, and the New Canaan Field Club.

Aaron Turner

Group VP, Operations and Technology

Aaron brings over 15 years of leadership experience in project delivery, program management, operations, and technology. At True Action Network, he leads our 360 operations practice and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, technology, and technology platforms of the agency.

Prior to joining True Action Network, Aaron held key strategic and technology roles at Envirometrics Software, Essential Technologies, ReturnCentral.com, and Manhattan Associates. Most recently, Aaron was vice president of technical services at GSI Commerce, where he was responsible for portfolio planning, delivery of technology projects, and operational compliance. Aaron has spoken at numerous Software Quality Assurance conferences. He has received multiple awards in the supply chain, technology, and program management areas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Science from the University of Delaware. 

Ellen Duffie-Fritz

Group VP, Analytics & Measurement

Ellen brings 20 years of both traditional and digital marketing experience to True Action Network’s clients. She is responsible for leveraging data to identify insights and opportunities that empower us to develop best-in-class customer marketing strategies that grow our clients’ businesses. Ellen leads the agency’s customer and web analytics practice as well as the Marketing Portfolio Analysis Team. Most recently, she led the development of our advanced marketing attribution practice, enabling clients to benefit from greater efficiency and effectiveness in determining their marketing investment allocations through integrated portfolio management. Prior to joining True Action Network, Ellen was vice president of digital and direct marketing at Circuit City. In this role, she led the planning for all direct and digital marketing initiatives that drove $1.2 billion in multi-channel revenue. She innovated the vision and roadmap for the customer loyalty program, and was instrumental in developing an innovative ROI database platform that surpassed industry-leading marketing and analytic tools. 

Malia Nagle

Group Director - Head of Usability

Malia heads True Action Network’s usability practice. She has 10+ years of experience leading teams to produce highly effective and engaging user interfaces that dramatically improve business outcomes. She brings a keen, hands-on focus to her user experience passion and has personally observed and tracked thousands of users interacting with a broad array of digital content and follow end-to-end purchase paths. Malia’s usability recommendations have resulted in dramatic improvements in average order value and revenue for our clients.

Prior to True Action Network, Malia worked in the nation’s capital where she played senior user experience roles for Booz Allen Hamilton and worked for the Departments of Defense and Health and Human Services. Malia has frequently lectured at universities and has presented at numerous industry conferences, including the Usability Professionals’ Association and Internet Retailer’s Web Design and Usability Conference. During her graduate work at the University of Baltimore, Malia co-published a widely read and referenced usability study of Drupal. 

Dorian Sweet

SVP, Executive Creative Director

Dorian has over 16 years of experience driving creative innovation in interactive strategy, branding, user experience, online advertising, web development, and social and mobile initiatives. Dorian leads the strategic creative and design service offerings that deliver brand value and drive revenue for our clients.

Prior to True Action Network, Dorian was executive creative director at Tribal DDB San Francisco, a top ten international digital marketing agency and a winner of Adweek’s Interactive Agency of the Year award. In this role, Dorian launched numerous innovative websites, microsites and social and mobile campaigns. Dorian’s work has consistently delivered profitable and award-winning online solutions to clients. He is recognized as an industry thought leader in creative strategy, user experience and online video solutions and was named an Online All-Star by MediaPost and OMMA Magazine. Dorian is a contributing writer to Econsultancy and ClickZ and is sought out for expert insights by WSJ, Business Week, Adweek and Adage amongst other publications and industry events.

Jan Dobris

SVP, Operations & Finance

Jan brings over fifteen years of combined experience in financial management, operations, and human resources to True Action Network. Here she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management of the agency. 
Prior to joining True Action Network, Jan held key senior management positions at advertising agencies and production companies. Most recently, Jan was senior vice president and chief financial officer of G2 Interactive, a division of WPP’s G2 Worldwide, a leading global marketing services network and ranked among Advertising Age’s top interactive agencies in 2008. At G2 Interactive, Jan was directly responsible for all financial and fiduciary infrastructure.
